Josh has served with InterVarsity for over 24 years. Leadership, faith, and prayer have been common themes throughout his ministry experience. He wanted college students to experience the same. Josh serves as the Red River Regional Director overseeing all of InterVarsity's work in the Region. He leads the regional leadership team to help accomplish regional goals, shape culture, and catalyze growth. He also helps connect the region to the greater national movement of InterVarsity, allowing the region to further develop and sustain year after year.

Elizabeth has served with InterVarsity for 14+ years. Though Elizabeth grew up going to church all her life, her relationship with Jesus was significantly developed during college. Elizabeth currently serves as an Associate Regional Director for Red River. In partnership with the Regional Director and team, she operates as the Executive Director of Focused Ministries Initiatives and Projects. She oversees the leading of our Regional Coordinators team, planting of new ministries, developing Latino ministry, and new initiatives for Women/Moms to thrive. Elizabeth & her husband Jason have three children and reside in Austin, TX.
