Why College Ministry? Why InterVarsity?
We believe that if you can change the university, you can change the world. Students who are changed by Jesus, go on to be lifelong disciples. Ideas that are changed at the university have ripple effects through society. Leaders that are shaped in college have the potential to have multiplicative impact in every sphere and every culture. And, InterVarsity Staff appointed by God and with the help of the Spirit are the critical people that help bring about such changes. Would you consider losing your life for the sake of the gospel by serving as an InterVarsity Staff?

Ministry Partner Development (MPD)A part of being on mission with InterVarsity is developing a team to financially support your full salary and ministry budget. MPD is modeled in scripture and is a relational process that invites others to join what God is doing on campus. New staff receive training and coaching and often do MPD in community with others.
