How do I get to Rec Week?

What time should we arrive?
Please plan to arrive from registration between 3 - 5 pm.
What if I am going to arrive after 5:00 pm?
Please let registrar know so we can make other arrangements for your arrival. Email Sarah Smith.
What should I bring?
Bible, notebook, and pen or pencil
Bedding (pillow, sheets, blanket or sleeping bag), towel, and toiletries
Swimsuits (modest), Camera, and Flashlight
Money for registration, snacks, books, and the offering
WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS ON SITE
What if I need a scholarship?
Scholarships are available, so talk with your InterVarsity Staff and they will be able to help you get a scholarship form. Please remember all scholarships forms must be signed by your staff worker.
Can I arrive late? I need to leave early?
Students are expected to attend the entire week. If you are a graduating senior or you have an immediate family member graduating, talk with your staff worker and we work to accommodate your specific situation.
If I decide not to go can I get a refund?
Your deposit is non-refundable.
How to Register
You will be able to pay your $80 deposit through pay pal or by check.
Or fill out a registration form (see your staff worker) and have it postmarked with your check according to the above stated registration deadlines to:

The balance of your registration fee will be paid on-site at registration.
We will only be able to accept cash or check on-site.
We will not be able to accept credit or debit cards
