What time should we arrive?
Check-in and registration will be from 5:30 - 7:00 pm on Friday, Feb. 15 at the camp auditorium. Our opening worship will begin at 7:00 pm, so please plan to arrive in time to register and get settled into your room.

PLEASE EAT DINNER ON FRIDAY BEFORE YOU ARRIVE!

What if I am going to arrive (late) after 9:30 pm?
If you plan to arrive late for some reason, please let Jovin Adjeitey (jovin@ivstaff.org), know by e-mail by February 14. Thanks.

What should I bring?
Bible, notebook, pen/pencils
Bedding (pillow,sheets,blanket or sleeping bag), towel, toiletries
Camera, Flashlight
Money (Check or Cash) for registration - checks payable to IVCF

Offering $ for the work of college ministry overseas as well as $ for books (optional)WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS ON SITE

What if I need a scholarship?

Scholarships are available, so talk with your InterVarsity Staff and they will be able to help you get a scholarship form. Please remember all scholarships forms must be signed by your staff worker. DO NOT let money prevent you from joining us for this conference.

If I decide not go, can I get a refund ?
Your deposit of $30 is non-refundable.

How do I register ?
