ARRIVAL

Registration will begin at 5:00pm on at the camp auditorium. Our opening worship will begin at 7:00 pm, so please plan to arrive in before 6:30p to register and get settled into your room.  

If you plan to arrive late for some reason, please let your staff and our registrar, Heidi Kennedy [heidi.kennedy1@gmail.com] know by e-mail by Feb. 9th. Thank you.

Directions from the north

• Head south on IH-35 (pass Hillsboro)
• Take exit 355 in West, TX and take a right on TMW Parkway (FM 2114). Continue for 10.5 miles.
• At the intersection with FM 1304 (picture), stay to the right and approach the stop sign. Strait ahead you should see the sign for Latham Springs. Continue strait onto county road 2202 (picture). You'll be at Latham Springs Camp in less than 1 mile.

• Head north on IH-35 (pass Waco)
• Take exit 349 in West, TX and take a left on TMW Parkway (FM 2114). Continue for 10.5 miles.

PREPARATION and PACKING 

Track Preparation

• Read the accompanying letter from your track director for learning instructions.
• Bible, notebook, pen/pencils (or a laptop, if you’re so inclined).
• Get some sleep on Thursday night and eat dinner on Friday before you arrive.

Money

• Remaining registration $ and/or staff-approved scholarship form.
• Checks payable to InterVarsity or IVCF.  We cannot accept credit cards at the camp.
• Offering $ for IFES college ministry, as well as $ for the book table (optional).

Personal Items

• Linens or sleeping bag, pillow, towel.
• Board games, recreational equipment, musical instruments, etc. for free time.
